I had an average experience with Boundless Hound. While their website was easy to navigate and their products were decent, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow, and when I did receive a response, it felt impersonal. Overall, I would say they are an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
