Very very expensive for the services rendered. This is my first time using service at this dealership. I usually go to Bell Honda. Here are the pros and cons of this dealership:

Pros:
It is easy to get an appointment as they seem not to be very heavily booked up compared to Bell Honda or Tempe Honda. The customer representative on the phone was very nice and informative.

Cons:
They promised a two hour appointment for oil and filter change with new battery. I didn't get called until 3 hours later. Fees are much much more expensive than Bell Honda or Tempe Honda. And they don't accept coupons/promotions from the other Honda dealerships.
