I had a not-so-great experience with Zalando. The delivery of my order was delayed, and the package arrived damaged. It was quite disappointing, especially considering the reputation of the company. However, I contacted their customer service team, and they were very helpful and resolved the issue promptly. While the initial experience was disappointing, the customer service made up for it. Hope they improve their delivery services to provide a better experience in the future.
