I have mixed feelings about my recent purchase from Greentree Creations. While the product itself was good, the shipping took longer than expected. The delay was not communicated to me, which was disappointing. However, their customer service team was quick to address my concerns and offer a solution. Overall, I would say they have room for improvement.
