I stayed at North lakes hotel & spa for a weekend getaway and it was an average experience. The hotel overall was decent, the room was clean and comfortable. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The customer service was lacking and the food at the restaurant was mediocre. Overall, an average stay.
