If I could give no stars I would!!! I have never experienced such an unprofessional billing manager in my life and I have worked for various hospitals billing depts. Kerri is very rude and short. I called to see why an account was sent to collections when payments were being made and I requested payment plan options. She told me to contact the collection agency. I explained I would prefer to speak to original billing office. Per her she has no record of anything and everything was sent to collections and mind you the account is only 6 months old at that time. When I asked questions regarding billing policies she wouldn t answer just said I signed a form at the office. Most reps will go over this form as patients rarely get copies of anything these days at the office or at least be able to tell you your balance. I asked to speak to someone else and of course it s just her in billing.I send payments to them monthly and they are cashed but she doesn t keep up with balance and tells me she forwards to collection agency even though it s addressed to them. I would never recommend any medical office use this billing service if you want to keep your patients. Customer service is key!!!! I thought she was just having a bad day the 1st time we spoke but it has been every interaction!
