As a customer, I would rate Elysium resort & spa as average. The overall experience was okay, nothing exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The food at the restaurant was mediocre and the menu options were limited. The spa services were also average, nothing memorable. Overall, not a bad experience but nothing to rave about either.
