The barossa valley is known for its stunning vineyards and exquisite wines, and The Louise captures the essence of this wine region perfectly. The hotel itself is luxurious and the staff are incredibly attentive and friendly. The appellation restaurant exceeded all of my expectations, serving up beautifully presented and delicious dishes.
