I recently started using Phoenix Securities for my home security needs and I must say, the service has been average so far. The installation process was smooth but I feel that the features could be improved. The customer service team was helpful in answering my questions but their response time could have been faster. Overall, I would rate Phoenix Securities as an average security company.
