I've been a customer of Sunways (india) pvt. ltd. for several years now, and I have to say their service has been consistently average. While their products are reliable, I feel that they lack innovation and fail to keep up with market trends. The website navigation is also mediocre and could use some improvement. Overall, my experience with Sunways has been satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement.
