I recently visited Citadel Outlets and I must say, it was an average experience. The variety of stores is good, but the prices are a bit high compared to other outlets I've been to. The layout of the mall is also a bit confusing, it took me a while to find the stores I wanted. Overall, it's an okay place to shop, but nothing exceptional.
