Frustrating experience 😞. I purchased two packages hoping to get my press releases distributed, but it feels like an endless loop of excuses. Each time I attempt to submit, there are new reasons why it's not possible—whether it’s questioning the content or claiming my account isn’t set up properly. Communication is inconsistent, making the process feel unprofessional. I expected a smoother experience given their claims, but it's been anything but. Definitely not what I expected. 🥴
