I am a CUSTOMER and I have been using hownow for quite some time now. My experience with them has been nothing short of average. The service is acceptable, but there is definitely room for improvement. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but the response time could be faster. Overall, hownow is a decent company to work with.
