We drove from MS to this Water Park. I had read the reviews of bad attitudes, but I dismissed it saying that I would see for myself. Well, attitudes started at the gate upon check in. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!!!! Then, my husband was purchasing food for my son (using tickets instead of cash) and wanted water instead of a soda. They told my hubby that he had to get the soda and not the water, with no refund or exchanges!!!!!! So, this had my hubby irate!!!!! Then, a GHETTO employee began clapping her hands together while talking as if this tactic scared us!!!! Horrible experience from beginning to end. Tickets are too expensive for crappy attitudes and service!!! Too many young staffers!!!!! Will never visit again!!!!
