I recently started using Earthtvnet.com and I must say, I'm impressed with their live streams. The video quality is top-notch and the selection of cities is diverse. I really appreciate the attention to detail in bringing the world to my screen. The only suggestion I have is to improve the buffering time for the streams, as it sometimes takes a while to load.
