UPDATE: After some initial difficulties, the company did work with my colleague to rectify the situation as best as possible. i suppose they are learning from these initial customer interactions and trying to improve their process. So thank you for following through Admera Health. Also, after some shopping around, they do have extremely competitive prices for their genome/transcriptome services.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: This company is completely incompetent. They were recommended to us by their sister company, Novogene. My research collaborator has been using them for our project and they have messed up every single stage of the project while still charging premium prices for the work. They advertise services for which they have no idea or expertise. Their management doesn't know anything about the products they provide. Something that should have taken a few weeks has ballooned in months and months of excuses. Avoid this company.
