I recently had an experience with Medix Ambulance Service, INC and I have to say it was average. The service was okay, but nothing exceptional. The ambulance arrived on time and the crew was professional. However, I felt that the overall quality of care could have been better. The paramedics seemed a bit indifferent and there was a lack of communication throughout the whole process. I hope they can improve their service in the future.
