I had a mixed experience at Jacks Computer Shack. The store had a good variety of products and the staff was friendly, but the prices were a bit higher compared to other stores I've visited. However, I must mention that the customer service was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to assist me and answer all my questions. Overall, I had an alright experience at Jacks Computer Shack.
