I recently went to a drumming session organized by Upbeat Drum Circles, and it was fantastic! The facilitators were experienced and created a positive and engaging atmosphere. The beats were infectious, and I couldn't help but get into the groove. It was a great way to relax and let go of stress. I would definitely attend another session!
