The staff/agents at Helms Mortgage have made our lending process relatively easy and pain-free. Particularly, Kathryn Bornac. She has been a godsend and has made herself available to us at the drop of a hat. I cannot recommend anyone so highly. Each of our interactions has been quick and efficient.
