I had high hopes for RCCC Small Business Center, but unfortunately, my experience was not great. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, and I didn't feel like they truly understood my needs. The center itself was clean, but the lack of quality customer service was disappointing. I hope they can improve in the future.
