I have been a customer of Cbs inc for over a year now and I must say their services are average. The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process is pretty straightforward. However, the quality of their products could be improved. I have experienced issues with some of the items I have purchased, and their customer service response time could be faster. Overall, I would rate them as average.
