Mossman Music is a company that I wouldn't recommend. Their customer service is poor, and the staff lacks professionalism. I had a negative experience with them when I tried to return a defective product. They were unhelpful and unresponsive. It's frustrating when you spend your hard-earned money on a product and the company doesn't stand behind it. I will not be purchasing from Mossman Music again.
