I recently started practicing yoga at a new studio in town and I'm loving it! The atmosphere at Kozen Yoga is peaceful and welcoming. The instructors are skilled and create a safe space for students to explore their practice. I've tried various classes and each one has been challenging yet enjoyable. The studio is clean and spacious, with all the necessary props provided. I'm grateful to have found Kozen Yoga and look forward to continuing my yoga journey there.
