I have been purchasing equipment from Ta Robinson Equipment CO for several years and I must say that their customer service is average. They are prompt in responding to inquiries and providing assistance, but sometimes I feel like they could be more helpful. The quality of the equipment is great, though, and I haven't had any major issues with the products. Overall, I would rate them as average.
