I needed to get a frequency limit for a specific procedure code. After going through the system, toolkit, and a representative trying to figure out the limit I'm told I have to submit a pre-treatment estimate to get the frequency for the code. Then after I submit the estimate, I'm told that I can only get the frequency if the patient is ineligible. WHAT??? This insurance company is zero help and it took me nearly an hour for my question to not even be answered. Zero stars if I could.
