I have been a customer of Chme inc. for over 5 years now, and I must say their services are just average. Although they have a user-friendly website, their customer service could be improved. They usually take a long time to respond to queries, and sometimes it feels like they don't really care about resolving the issues. Overall, my experience has been satisfactory, but not exceptional.
