I recently used Service Plus to fix my laptop and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, the technician was friendly and knowledgeable, and the repair was done in a timely manner. However, I found the prices to be quite high compared to other repair shops in the area. Overall, it was an average experience. I might consider using them again if I can't find a cheaper alternative.
