HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.. I understand that you do not allow reservations to be made but this experience was horrific. We arrived at 6:10 and immediately made a reservation for 15 people for a bachelor party. The lady said the wait time would be closer to hour and a half to 2 hours which was perfectly fine because we were hoping to eat around 8:00. When the party arrived it was right around 8:00 in which we walked to front and they said the table should be ready in 10 minutes so we all ordered a last drink and waited. and waited. and waited, At 8:30 we received a text message stating the table will be ready in 10 minutes so we figured they were getting it ready DIDN'T HAPPEN. Finally at 9:00 we then walked back to the front and asked what was happening the girl immediately says they are wiping down the table (which should take seconds considering the wait time). at 9:15 we told the lady to cancel the table and we would just order food at the bar because we were running late for next destination. We then had to order a bunch of appetizers because we didn't have much time, i will admit the food was very good (especially the tacos) but i think the service outside of the bartenders was HORRIFIC. i understand it was a Saturday and we had a large group but NOBODY should have to wait over 3 hours for a table especially when 15 people are spending alot of money at the bar. You should look into having reservations for groups of 12 or more and that would probably save you guys a lot of return business because i know personally if that doesn't happen i will not go back.
