Every time I eat here, the dishes are very well prepared and presented, and the staff are beyond excellent in service. Fresh and high quality ingredients, the chef does a stellar job of beautiful presentation, and the serving staff exceptional service (esp. refills without having to ask). Try this place, you won't be disappointed! Tonight's dishes were deluxe sashimi nigiri, and, happy tango -- the first selection was excellent as usual and the second dish had a really nice light crunchy texture , which really complemented the flavor of all the ingredients. I am working my way through the entire menu, and have not been disappointed once!

BTW while this place does have a very good mix of cultures represented by the customer base, "purists" should be comforted by knowing there is ALWAYS a good percentage of Asian customers......and the staff are ALL Asian.....
