We have been using Zendesk for our customer support needs and it has been a reliable platform for us. The features provided meet our requirements and the user interface is intuitive. The only downside is that the pricing can get a bit expensive for smaller businesses. However, the overall experience has been positive and I would rate Zendesk as great.
