I recently used Sun and Sands travel services for my vacation. I must say, the experience was not what I expected. The website was difficult to navigate and the booking process was confusing. However, the customer service representative was helpful in resolving my issues. I hope they improve their website for better user experience. Overall, it was an average experience.
