I recently had my new home built by Made to Last Custom Homes Ltd., and I have mixed feelings about the experience. While the construction quality was good and the project was completed within the expected timeframe, there were some miscommunications along the way. The team was professional, but there were a few instances where I felt like my concerns were not fully addressed. Overall, I am satisfied with the end result, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer communication.
