I recently had the opportunity to work with a law firm on a complicated legal matter, and I chose Aronovitz law to assist me. While the overall experience was average, there were both positive and negative aspects I observed. On the positive side, I appreciated the professionalism of the team members and their prompt responses to my queries. They demonstrated good knowledge in their field. However, I was not completely satisfied with the level of customer service. There were instances when my calls were not promptly returned, and it made me feel slightly neglected. Additionally, I expected more transparency throughout the process, as I sometimes felt out of the loop regarding updates on my case. Overall, Aronovitz law is an okay choice for legal assistance, but improvements in communication and customer service could make for a better experience.
