The place is through some crowded tacky areas of Santa Cruz but as one reaches the hotel premises the ambience of a 5 Star hotel envelopes one and ofcourse as you step in its the 5 Star treatment all the way.
One could opt for the breakfast buffet which is super with a huge variety of different cuisines. The rooms are not that big but are comfortably furnished with decent views from the huge glass windows. Room Service is good and overall its proximity to the international Airport is the plus point. The best part is that they are a pet friendly Hotel and thumbs up to that.
