I have been banking with Branson bank for several years now and overall, my experience has been great. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and I never have to wait long to speak with a representative. The online banking system is easy to use and allows me to manage my accounts from anywhere. The only minor issue I have had is with the mobile app, which occasionally freezes or crashes. But other than that, I highly recommend Branson bank!
