I recently used the services of this company, and I must say that I had a fairly average experience. The website was easy to navigate, but I found the information a bit lacking in detail. The customer service was responsive, but I felt that my questions were only partially answered. However, they did help me through the process, so I appreciate that. Overall, it's an okay company if you're looking for disability assistance, but there's definitely room for improvement to make the experience more informative and satisfying for customers. 🤔
