I had a mixed experience with Universalthirst.com....

I had a mixed experience with Universalthirst.com. While their website was easy to use and their product selection was good, I had some issues with their customer service. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiries and the resolution wasn't satisfactory. They could improve in this area.
