I recently purchased some products from Komfast and I have mixed feelings about the experience. On one hand, the variety of products they offer is quite impressive and I was able to find everything I needed in one place. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and I had some issues with delivery delays. 🙁 The quality of the products was average, nothing outstanding but also not terrible. Overall, I would say it's an okay company if you're willing to overlook some minor flaws. I'm not sure if I'll be a repeat customer unless I see some improvements.
