I recently used this company for an electrical repair in my home. The technician arrived on time and was professional and courteous. However, the final cost ended up being higher than the initial estimate, and I was a little disappointed by that. The quality of the work was decent, but I expected a bit more attention to detail. The customer service was okay, but I felt that the communication could have been better. Overall, it was an average experience. I may consider using them again, but I would be more cautious about the estimate and make sure to clarify all costs upfront.
