Good location but expensive and not a 5 star hotel...

Good location but expensive and not a 5 star hotel.

Positive
- Good location with direct access (stairs) to a small private beach and also 2 swimming pools.
- Friendly staff.
- Big rooms.
- Several restaurants onsite and s supermarket.

Improvement opportunities
- Beach can get crowded and not easy to find a free spot, specially during the high season.
- Pools also crowded but, even though best spots are harder to get, there is always a place available.
- Rooms were not ready at check in time (wait 1h-2h) and big queues to check in.
- Air conditioned was not working and had to change rooms. In general weak air conditioned (takes a while to cool the room if it works at all).
- Could use some refurbishment to be considered a 5 star hotel but it is not cheap.
- Slow internet.
-The hotel shares location with serviced apartments so expect to see a lot of families and kids.
