I recently stayed at Pinnacle Hotels USA and I must say I was disappointed. The room was not clean and the staff were not friendly. The hotel is in a great location, but the service needs improvement. The only positive thing I can say is that the breakfast was decent. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
