As a frequent traveler, I recently stayed at this hotel in Dana Point and my experience was average. The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to nearby attractions and beautiful views of the ocean. The staff were polite and helpful, but there were a few instances where my requests were not fulfilled promptly. The rooms were clean, but they lacked a certain modern touch and seemed a bit outdated. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was slow and inconsistent, which was frustrating. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and the food was tasty. Overall, I would say that this hotel provides a decent stay, but there are areas for improvement in terms of service and room amenities.
