First time comers and greeted by the owner in less than a minute, who clearly had his hands full. Colin who also DJ's the music/dance floor explained how everything works and where we could be seated making us feel very welcome. It's clear that Colin is absolutely passionate about making others and kids happy, and his staff follow the same leadership! Put it simply, we have never stayed at an indoor play centre for more than 3 hours-nowhere near that !! We stayed through two disco events and our 3yo daughter just loved it even though she didn't know anyone. Props to the owner for such exceptional customer service, it goes a very long way!
