The setting is exactly the kind of place you dream...

The setting is exactly the kind of place you dream about eating at when you are in Tucson in the Spring/Fall -- this is the type of place you bring out of towners. The environment aside though, the food is so absolutely mediocre with a limited menu that does nothing to bolster the eating experience. If this food/service experience was in a normal resturaunt that wasn't in such a beautiful setting, I am sorry to say it would be out of business fairly quickly. We love the park and have eaten at the resturaunt maybe 4 or 5 times over the last 6 years (most recently last summer) to try and find a dish to like or get over the glacially slow service and are never successful; it just seems to be the nature of the beast.

Bottom line, if you like food, you'll be disappointed. If you like nature and food isn't that important, you'll love it.
