Stayed for two nights to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary. They didn't have our $400+ cottage ready in time. Reservations at the pool were surprisingly nice but service was understaffed. We weren't seated for our 745p dinner reservations until 820p. No turn-down service. The grounds are beautiful. Lack of service and timeliness are unacceptable again for the price paid (1100$ for two nights). The grounds are beautiful and the cottages are very relaxing and quaint. Beds are just ok. Great place to unwind but service is unacceptable. Resort fees and surcharges probably to blame. Place seems confused at what it wasn't to be. Not much value here. Do not recommend unless for 200 / night based on service or for a round of golf as the course is beautiful!
