I recently used Garavanian Travel INC to book a cruise vacation and I must say it was an average experience. The booking process was smooth, but there were a few hiccups along the way. The customer service representatives were helpful, but not particularly friendly. The overall trip was enjoyable, but there were some aspects that could have been better. I would consider using them again in the future, but I'm not sure if they would be my first choice.
