These guys were notable for being the worst Mitsubishi dealership on the east coast, before they shut that division down. I went in for warranty work at about 20k miles, (something had fallen off the car), and they said it was "normal wear and tear". Then two of their techs jumped in my car and went for a 3 mile joyride around tysons while I stood in the waiting room, preparing to pay for warranty work. Don't bother trying to talk to a manager.
