I had a less than satisfactory experience with Pagoda Porter Novelli. The PR campaign they executed for my company fell short of expectations. The media coverage generated was minimal and didn't have a significant impact on our brand's visibility. The team's responsiveness was also lacking, and there were several communication breakdowns. Overall, I was not impressed with their services and would not recommend them.
