The hotel is m. E. overvalues and benefits from its well-known name. So our room could not be ready at 4 pm on a hot June day, when we would have liked to freshen up after a long journey before the next appointment. As compensation we received a box of chocolates. Something like this has never happened to us in any accommodation (3- or 4-star).
In addition, tourists go in and out of sightseeing here. At a hotel of this standard, I expect a more "private" atmosphere.
The breakfast is however unique.
